I have built my professional background in an international context working for multinationals, initially in marketing and communication.. My passion for human dynamics is at the heart of StrateA creation. I manage our company, operating also as an Executive Coach, as a HR consultant and as a facilitator of managerial workshops . My life journey has begun in France, then continued in Belgium and finally in Italy.

Simona Lissoni

Consultant

Master in education,
adult orientation and
development of training systems.

After a significant work experience in management training either with financial support and paying training, starting from training needs analysis to holding the same courses, I now carry out activities about planning and organization for StrateA’s various projects. On top of designing the workshop contents, I also operate as a workshop facilitator.

Francesca Burattinello

Psychologist & Consultant

After obtaining a degree in Psychology at the University of Padova, I have developed an experience in evaluation and selection of staff as well as training courses in relational aspects. I am specialized in Psychotherapy in the field of Relational Systems. I now support StrateA’s customers in the evaluation of psycho-behavioral profiles prior to executive coaching programs or to career moves. I also operate as a workshop facilitator.
