COMPETENCE ASSESSMENT
What is the objective?
To measure the managerial skills of team members with a view to their professional employment in the most effective and high performing manner, in compliance with the requirements of the company.
How do we run assessment?
We use proven and specific tests enhancing leadership styles, team approaches, communication skills, resilience and some personality traits.
Our approach?
Your collaborator will first fill-in an on-line questionnaire.
She/he will then meet our psychologist to clarify and deep dive on certain themes emerging as first outputs of the test.
The final report will be shared with your collaborator.
Being involved right from the beginning in the process, he/she will more likely accept the outcomes and will share the necessary changes needed to maximize his/her strengths and to improve some aspects.
Thanks to such an approach, he/she will self-empower in the development of an efficient action plan.

What do we explore?
ART
It allows to measure the capacity to use in an adaptive way a «pure logical reasoning» to new problems, in order to analyse situations never met so far; to measure the ability to get the big picture and to catch the multidimensionality and the multifactoriality of problems or situations as well as the abstract reasoning ability.
CRTB2
It evaluates the complex verbal and numerical capacities. It measures the problem-solving abilities: the capacity to extract and to elaborate relevant information from the given problem context.
GRT2
It focuses on measuring the verbal and numerical abilities as well as the abstract reasoning skills.
