360° MULTI RATER SURVEY
What is the objective of 360°?
Understanding how the collaborator is perceived by his or her peers, by his or her direct superiors and by their boss so as to identify the strong points and the areas of development.
What does the 360° evaluate?
It usually evaluates various topics grouped in 9 chapters, that is:
integrity, interpersonal skills, planning and organization, creativity, resistance to stress or to pressure,
the search for quality, logic and analytical ability, the power of persuasion, energy and
spirit of initiative.
What is our approach?
Together with you, we personalize the questionnaire based on your company competence model and on your internal values .
Once identified the participant and his/her raters, we ask hi,/her to fill in the on-line questionnaire.
The anonymous results are put together in a structured report organized by chapter with some specific graphics.
The report is then shared with the participant in order to clarify its outputs and to support him/her in the elaboration of a professional development plan.
